Where We Ship
Parts & Power Limited ships from our warehouse in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. We ship to customers throughout the Caribbean and internationally, including the United States. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes assessed by their country's customs authority.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Custom orders, special orders, and items marked "Contact Us For Pricing Info" require a quote confirmation before processing begins.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships, not when it is placed. Parts & Power is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Freight & Oversized Items
Large or heavy items (diesel engines, generators, and industrial equipment) may require freight shipping. A freight quote will be provided before your order is confirmed. Additional handling fees may apply.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at [email address] or call +1 (284) 494-2830. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
Damaged Shipments
All Parts & Power orders are packed carefully. If merchandise arrives damaged, the carrier is responsible for safe delivery. Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Claims for shortage or damage must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of the shipment date. Please keep all original packaging as the carrier may need to inspect it.

Payment Terms
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or Net 30 terms (upon approval). Net 30 Accounts – A late charge of 1.5% 1.8% per month on the unpaid balance will be charged on all accounts over 30 days past due. New orders for accounts 30 25 days past due will not be shipped until payment is arranged.
Returns Policy
Product (excluding custom orders and special order items) can be returned for in-store credit within 90 days of purchase date. No product is to be returned without prior a return authorization (RMA#) being assigned. This is to ensure that the correct account receives credit. Product must returned in new, unused condition.
Receipt of Damaged Merchandise
Parts & Power orders are filled with merchandise in good condition and carefully packing in our shipping department. Unfortunately, there are occasions when merchandise is damaged during shipment and arrives in unacceptable condition. In all such instances, the carrier is responsible for safe delivery of the merchandise, and any claims for damages must be filed with the carrier. Please inspect all shipments as soon as they are received, and in case of loss or damage, notify the carrier at once and arrange to file a claim as soon as possible. Keep the container the merchandise was sent in, as it must be inspected by the carrier before settlement of any claim. ICC regulations state that all claims of shortage or breakage must be filed within 10 days after date of shipment or they will not be honored.

Seller does not warrant or guarantee fitness for purpose, merchantability, conception, quality or productivity, and no other warranty, oral or written expressed or implied. The statements and procedures outlined are recommendations only, and are not to be understood as warranties. Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any special indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this product, whether based on negligence or any alleged warranty in an amount greater than the purchase price of the product in respect to which such claim is made.
