NEWS RELEASE: MARIO BOYCE JOINS PARTS & POWER AS SERVICE MANAGER.

Parts & Power is pleased to announce that Mario Boyce has joined the team as Service Manager in their Fish Bay, Tortola location. Hailing from the island of Barbados, Mario Boyce is a seasoned operations and service management professional with a strong background in customer service, logistics, and team leadership. Mario prides himself on Customer Service and has already proved to be able to resolve customer and dealer issues quickly and efficiently. His experience with Parts Inventory Control will be a huge asset for the Service Team.

Mario is very community service oriented, having joined Rotaract in 2017, then Rotary in 2023.  He has served as Vice President, President, Membership Chair, Projects Officer and is currently Chair of the Rotary Satellite Club of Barbados.

With extensive experience in after-sales administration, parts management, and customer relations, Mario has successfully led teams in optimizing service delivery and improving operational workflows. His expertise spans various industries, including automotive, retail, and hospitality, where he has implemented strategic solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Mario’s leadership approach focuses on team development, process improvement, and maintaining high service standards. His ability to build strong client relationships and streamline service operations makes him an asset to Parts & Power as it continues to provide top-tier solutions in the BVI market.
